Eligibility

You must be of legal drinking age in your jurisdiction (21+ in the United States) to use Tally. By creating an account you confirm you meet this requirement. We reserve the right to terminate accounts of users who do not.

Your Account

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You may not impersonate other users or use offensive usernames.
• One account per person. Duplicate accounts may be removed.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use Tally to encourage dangerous, illegal, or underage drinking.
• Manipulate leaderboard data through automated means or exploits.
• Harass or abuse other users.
• Attempt to access, modify, or disrupt any backend services.

Leaderboards and User Content

Your display name and drink totals are visible to other users. By using Tally you consent to this. We reserve the right to remove any content or account that violates these terms.

Disclaimer

Tally is a social tracking app for entertainment purposes. We do not encourage excessive alcohol consumption. Please drink responsibly. Tally is not responsible for any decisions made based on information within the app.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion for violations of these terms. You may delete your account at any time from the Profile screen in the app.

Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of the current terms.
