Delete Your Account

You can delete your account and all associated data directly in the app. Go to Profile → Delete Account. This is permanent and cannot be undone.

If you're unable to access the app, email us at support@cslade.space and we'll manually remove your data within 30 days.

How do I join a squad?

Tap the squad icon in the top right of the leaderboard screen, then enter an invite code from a friend.

Why isn't my location updating?

Go to Settings → Privacy → Location Services and make sure Tally has access. Then tap Refresh on the Profile screen.

When does YTD reset?

YTD resets on January 1st each year. Your career total never resets.
